The Woodlands Creek home has been a pleasure to design and build. And now, our clients have finally moved in and are in love with their new home. Take a look at Part 1 and Part 2 of our Woodlands Creek design project. Our final installment of this project is finally here. With custom finishings and upgrades, this home really shows our clients’ style and taste. The first floor is mostly hardwood which includes custom built-in cabinets. These built-ins were specially made using shiplap as the background.

The handcrafted stone fireplace and wood mantle creates a classic look which allows the client to add their own style to the décor. Our client is thrilled with how the house turned out.

Here's what our clients had to say about their experience:

We welcomed the idea that we had to have our own builder. Denny is in a wheelchair and we definitely needed someone who could build a home that would be functional and beautiful. Jeremy did just that. We have gotten so many complements!  Jeremy was easy to talk to and was great at guiding us in the direction we needed to go.”

The house has a beautiful sun porch with large interior windows which lead into the living room. The natural light coming through the windows matched with the hardwood finishings makes for a very ‘homey’ feel. The open concept also allows the natural light to reach many of the living spaces. A unique feature of the kitchen is the oversized pantry and large dining area which allow for easy movement throughout the house.

Accessibility was a huge priority when designing and building this home. Along with the open floor plan, this house also boasts an elevator with custom wood finishings and flooring. It is fully automatic and is complete with a backup battery in case of emergencies or a power outage.

The downstairs areas include a great room with a walk-up bar. Both floors of the house are handicap accessible and have custom finishings throughout. We love taking our clients' wants, needs, and ideas and making them a reality. If you are interested in building a custom home of your own, contact us here for more details!
